Our little Boom Boom and Pow are ONE! Can you believe it?? They really do grow up wayyyyy too fast:( We had a blast on their first birthday...Andy took off work, and I took a half-day. We met up with Mmmie K and Daddy Mike at California Dreaming for lunch (dabomb.com), took them to get their first haircuts. We ended the day at Dippin' Dots!
The actual party was the following Saturday. We did our favorite...a Dr. Seuss theme! The planning was originally for a simple party, but Pinterest abducted my soul and made me feel like I was at a carnival when all was said and done. Lol. I basically designed everything in Photoshop and printed it myself...saved a TON of money. It was better than I ever could have imagined...we had family and friends come from all over! A great time was had by all!
Untillll...Baney had a meltdown during the cake smash. Refer to picture below. ;) Anderson could care less, he was so jacked up on cake and Kool Aid that he was doing face-plants into the presents.
